Are customers who purchased Spanning Backup for G Suite through a reseller or partner eligible for the guarantee?

Yes, customers who purchased through a reseller or partner are eligible for the 100% Restore Guarantee.  These customers should follow the same process outlined above to investigate and receive compensation for a failed restore.  Compensation in the form of a refund will be paid directly to the customer, and the reseller or partner will be notified of the failed restore and the payment made to the customer.
