How do I use my exported .mbox file?

Spanning Backup offers the ability to export your backed up Gmail data to a .mbox file, to be imported into an email client on your local computer.  To export your backed up Gmail data, and open that file locally, please follow the steps in the video below.   These steps are also written below:

1. Log into your Spanning Backup Account
2. If you are the admin user, click the 'Viewing As' button in the upper-right corner of the screen, and select the desired user's account.  If you are not an admin user, skip to step 3.
3. Select the Restore tab
4. Select all of the emails that you want to export, and then click the 'Export' button
5. Once the export has finished, you will receive an email informing you that the exported data is available to download.  For detailed instructions on how to download your export file, see this Knowledge Base article
6. Download and unzip the file.  The .mbox file will be in the un-archived folder
