Your exported emails are compressed into a .zip file for easier downloading. To access your data, you will first need to extract this .zip file.
PC users:
- WinZip (http://www.winzip.com) - Paid
- 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org) - Free
Mac Users:
- Archive Utility - Default program installed in Apple Computers
After extracting the data, all exported emails will be in .eml format.
