Problem Code 49001 - This code indicates that Google has not made the file available for download.
Occasionally during backups, we’ll encounter documents that we attempted to retrieve from Google but could not obtain the file metadata URLs. When this happens, we cannot back up that document, and we’ll report an error (Error Code 49001) so you know exactly what was excluded from that day’s backup.
What can you do?
At Spanning, we believe in complete error transparency, so we want you to be as informed as possible about your backup data. If you see this error in your backups, the next course of action would be to download this document directly from your G Suite account to have a local backup available.
